What this site is
A published number and a set of pages. We do not extract water, dry anything, remove mould or send anyone. The contractor decides and performs the work, which means the practical questions — when someone can be there, what it will cost, what is on the van — are theirs to answer rather than ours.

Not worth ringing about
An invoice. There is no account here and no billing department. If a contractor has already invoiced you, that conversation is with them.
Work already booked. If a crew is at the house or returning tomorrow, the number they gave you is quicker than this one.
A wet phone, or a car that went through floodwater. Both are common on pages like this and neither is this trade.
A basement that seeps every time it rains hard. That is waterproofing: a different specialism, usually a capital job, and not an emergency.
Who can authorise the work
You may be asked whether the property is yours to authorise work on. That question is not about you personally — it is about who can sign. Work on a building is signed for by the owner or a managing agent, and a contractor who starts without that has a problem later.
